Registration Cancellation
Cancellation must be submitted on or before August 22, 2017, for a full refund. To cancel, please click the Already Registered? link on the event registration website, enter your email and confirmation number, and then click Cancel Registration on the Confirmation Page. If cancellation occurs after August 22, 2017, please email to cancel your registration. Any registration fee incurred in 2017 minus $250 administrative fee, will be transferred toward registration for The Exchange Community 2018.

Hotel Room Changes or Cancellation
Registration for the conference and reservations for the hotel are separate transactions. If you need to change or cancel your hotel room, please work directly with the MGM Grand Las Vegas. Please direct any other questions regarding your hotel reservation to

The registration fee includes access to all general sessions, breakout sessions, the Wdesk Lounge, and more. The cost also includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day of the conference, as well as the evening receptions. The registration fee does not include travel and lodging.

Session Information

We are always looking for customers to share their Wdesk stories. Email to tell us how Wdesk has transformed the way your work or if you've mastered a process and want to share with others.

Customer panel volunteers will be notified if chosen to participate on a panel at the conference. If you would like to volunteer, please email

Changes can be made to your session selections by logging in using your conference registration confirmation number provided in the confirmation email.
All approved presentation decks will be available online and on our mobile application for registrants once the conference begins. Please note that all speakers have the choice to opt out of sharing their presentations publicly.
Once session registration opens, you will receive an email. Use the confirmation number provided in your conference registration confirmation email to log in and make your selections.
Once you've completed your conference registration, you will have the option to select sessions for session registration.

General Questions

Business casual is suggested for all conference sessions. Suits and ties are not required. Casual attire is acceptable for evening events, and both 2017 evening events will be held indoor. All venues will be appropriately air conditioned and/or heated.

You may bring non-customer guests to the evening events for $95 per evening event. You and your guest must be 21 years of age or over to attend the evening events. You can register and pay for your guest during the registration process.

The Exchange Community, or TEC, is the annual Wdesk user conference that brings together users, industry professionals, and thought leaders for three days of networking, best practice sharing, and industry discussions.

Lodging and Location

The 2018 conference will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville.
Hotel reservation information will be available in spring 2018. Please check back for more information.

No, the registration fee covers conference admission, entry into evening events, and most meals. However, special room rates have been negotiated for conference attendees.
